When you arrive at our office for your appointment, we'll ask you to fill out or update your medical history and insurance information. We take pride in keeping appointments on time, so please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment in order to complete the paperwork.
One of our highly trained technicians will take you through the patient information and pretesting. The doctors will conduct a thorough eye evaluation and then review their clinical findings and recommendations with you.

Take Pa Turnpike 1-76East toward Harrisburg to exit 67 (Irwin). Merge onto US 30 East toward Greensburg 6.7 miles. Make a Right onto South Greengate Rd. at traffic light across from Walmart and beside the Municipal Water
Authority. Make a quick left into Parking Lot.
From the East (Latrobe)
Take US 30 West toward Greensburg. At traffic light at intersection of Route 30 and South Greengate Rd. stay in left lane (in front of Dollar Bank and Walmart), turn left onto South Greengate Rd. Make a quick left into Parking Lot.
From North (Delmont)
Take PA 66 turnpike S (Tollroad) 6.5 Miles. Take US 30 Exit 6 toward Greensburg/Irwin. Turn Left onto US 30 East 1.7 miles. Make Right onto south Greengate Rd. at traffic light across from Walmart and beside the Municipal Water Authority. Make a quick left into Parking Lot.
From South (Connellsville)
Take US 119 North 6 miles. US 119 becomes PA 66 turnpike N (tollroad). Take US 30 Exit 6 toward Greensburg/Irwin. Turn Right onto US 30 East 1.6 miles. Make Right onto South Greengate Rd. at traffic Light across from Walmart and beside the Municipal Water Authority. Make a quick left into Parking Lot.
