		David D. Green, OD, FAAO Over more than 40 years and three generations, Dr. David Green has been providing comprehensive eye care to patients in Western Pennsylvania. Dr. Green attended Grove City College and received his Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. He has been a consultant to the Veterans Hospital and a Fellow with the American Academy of Optometry for 40 years. Dr. Green's knowledge and experience contribute to his thorough approach to quality eye care. He excels in the areas of geriatric vision care, specialty contact lenses, and the treatment and management of ocular disease. In his free time, Dr. Green enjoys playing golf, but most importantly, spending time with any of his 10 grandchildren. Other hobbies include reading and vacationing with his wife of 45 years. 		Chad E. Green, OD, FAAO Dr. Chad majored in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech, going on to receive his Doctorate from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia, graduating with honors. Upon graduation in 1997, he began his work with the patients at Eyecare Greengate. He has had additional professional experience with The Associates in Ophthalmology and now also works as a Consultant to the Butler Veterans Hospital. Dr. Chad Green manages the laser vision surgery aspect of Eyecare Greengate. In addition, he specializes in the treatment and management of ocular disease & glaucoma and excels in the area of specialty contact lenses. Dr. Green also serves as a consultant to various contact lens manufacturers. In his free time, Dr. Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and three young kids or taking his dog on walks. 		Shalini Katyal Vilsack, OD Dr.Vilsack graduated cum laude from Boston University, continuing on to the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University and receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree, graduating with honors. She received numerous accolades during her academic career, including the E.F. Wildermuth Scholarship and Pennsylvania College of Optometry Academic Awards. Dr. Vilsack has been practicing primary eye care since her graduation in 1997. She is skilled in pediatric care, vision therapy, vision rehabilitation, as well as the treatment and management of ocular disease. She is also a eye care consultant to many local nursing homes. In her free time, Dr. Vilsack enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. Other hobbies include reading, scrapbooking, and walking.
